How therapeutic massage works
Our licensed massage therapists use techniques like deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release and sports massage to relax tight, sore muscles.
Because they work in the same office as Dr. Roth, your massage can be part of one plan with your adjustments.

What to expect
Talk
Tell your therapist where it hurts and how much pressure you like.

You relax on a padded table in a private room, covered with a sheet.
Massage
Your therapist works the tight areas and adjusts pressure as you go.
After
Drink water and take it easy. Some soreness the next day is normal.
